1. Introduction and Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the cckkk platform and all related services. cckkk is an online gaming platform that provides slot games, live casino, cricket betting, basketball betting, and other gaming services to users in Bangladesh.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between cckkk ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). By using any part of the Platform, you are considered to have accepted all terms of this agreement.

2. Eligibility Requirements
To open an account and use services on the cckkk platform, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be 21 years of age or older (for 21+ only).
- You must be a real individual and register an account in your own name.
- You must have a valid and active mobile number and email address.
- You must not have previously had an account closed or been permanently banned by cckkk.
- Each person may operate only one account.
- Online gaming must not be legally prohibited in the area or jurisdiction from which you are using the platform.
If any of the above eligibility conditions are violated, cckkk reserves the right to close the account at any time and withhold any funds held in it.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Registration Process
The information you provide at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false or misleading information will result in the account being closed, and no claims arising from this will be accepted.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
cckkk may request identity verification documents at any time as needed. The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete. A copy of a national ID card or passport is generally required for identity verification.
3.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. All activity on the account will be treated as your own. If you believe your account is being used without authorisation, notify our support team immediately.
- Use a strong password and change it regularly.
- Do not share your account details with anyone.
- If you log in on a public device, log out at the end of your session.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
The following payment methods are currently accepted on the cckkk platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.
4.2 Withdrawal Policy
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. You are requested to use the same method for withdrawals as was used for the deposit.
- Account verification must be complete before submitting a withdrawal request.
- Withdrawals may be partially restricted if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
- cckkk is not responsible for any technical issues that arise during a withdrawal — however, our support team is always available to help.
- In cases of suspected irregular activity, withdrawals may be held until an investigation is completed.
4.3 Currency
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Applicable exchange rates may apply for transactions in foreign currencies.
5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
cckkk offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Maximum deposit example: a deposit of ৳42,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳62,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not counted. The current wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x.
Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before the winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus offer may be used only once per account, unless otherwise stated.
- Bonuses will not apply to multiple accounts operated from the same household or the same IP address.
- Each bonus has a fixed validity period; unused bonuses will expire at the end of that period.
- cckkk reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
5.4 VIP Program
The cckkk VIP program has 5 tiers, and members can move up to a higher tier based on regular play:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
VIP benefits are governed by separately applicable terms and conditions. cckkk reserves the right to change the VIP structure.
6. Gameplay and Betting Rules
6.1 Gaming Environment
All games on cckkk are operated by third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, PG Soft, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt). Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to ensure fair play in these games.
6.2 Betting Rules
- Each game has its own betting rules, which can be found in the information section of the relevant game.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, cckkk may void that round and the bet amount will be refunded.
- For sports betting, results will be determined in accordance with the decision of the relevant sports authority.
6.3 Dispute Resolution
If there is a dispute regarding a game result, please contact the support team. cckkk reviews all disputes impartially and its decisions are considered final.
7. Code of Conduct and Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cckkk platform:
- Opening or operating multiple accounts.
- Using a false identity or someone else's identity.
- Bonus abuse, bonus hunting, or fraudulent use of the bonus system.
- Using software, bots, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
- Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
- Harassing or treating other members or staff with disrespect.
- Infringing the platform's copyright or intellectual property.
If any of the above activities are detected, cckkk reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the account and notify the relevant authorities. In such cases, the account balance may be forfeited.
8. Data Protection and Privacy

By registering, you are considered to have read and accepted our privacy policy. Information is shared with third parties only for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
9. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability
cckkk will not be liable for any loss in the following circumstances:
- If a game is interrupted mid-session due to the user's internet connection dropping.
- If any loss occurs due to a server or system issue on the part of a third-party game provider.
- If the service is disrupted due to an unexpected technical error, cyber attack, or any other unforeseen circumstance.
- If account details are compromised due to the user's own negligence.
Our total liability in any case will not exceed the original amount of that specific transaction.
11. Account Closure and Termination
11.1 Closure at the Member's Request
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account — withdrawal may not be possible after closure.
11.2 Closure at cckkk's Initiative
cckkk may suspend or close an account for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of these terms and conditions.
- If fraudulent or illegal activity is detected.
- If registration is completed using false information.
- If requested documents are not provided within the specified time.
If an account is terminated due to a violation of the terms and conditions, the account balance (including bonuses and winnings) may be forfeited.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
cckkk reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be made on this page before the changes take effect, and a notification will be sent to the registered email address where possible.
Continuing to use the platform after updated terms and conditions have been published will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms. It is recommended that you review this page regularly.
